If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for return / refund / cancel / exchange.
How To Apply Return/Refund
1. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect items, please report via e-mail within 30 days upon receipt. Detailed descriptions, pictures, and/or videos in report email(s) to support@luvhome.com are helpful in accelerating the return/refund process.
2. Our customer service team will respond to you within 1 business day and provide you return or refund.If your return is accepted, we'll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at support@luvhome.com.
3.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. If you need process return, please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
5. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will contact you and process an exchange or a refund within 1 business day.
Return
1. Kindly note that we DO NOT provide shipping label.
2. USA and Canada customers accept return to our USA after-sales warehouse.
3. Please return your package(s) via USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for loss of package or stolen packages. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. You may be responsible for covering shipping costs for return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We really appreciate your patience.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
However, be sure to update tracking number & logistics carrier in Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.
Refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payments in 3-7 business days.
However, if it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at support@luvhome.com.
Additional Notes
Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package lost or damaged, etc.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return. Our after-sales warehouse is in the United States, where we will receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for the return in other countries.
Cancel
You can cancel/change your order before your order packed in our warehouse (2 hours upon payment).
