How do I register?

Firstly, click the account icon in the home navigation bar, then click the 'Create account' link and fill in your email address, password and name as required. Finally click the 'CREATE' button.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the account icon in the home navigation bar ,then click the ‘forgot your password?’ link. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

How can I edit or cancel my order?

To cancel or change the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the product has been shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation email, the order status cannot be modified.

Why doesn’t my coupon code work?

Here are a few tips to troubleshoot: Enter your coupon code at checkout under the “Gift Code/Discount Code” field. Check the expiration date of your coupon code.Coupon codes may only work on certain items. Already discounted, sale or final sale items may not be eligible. Coupon codes may be case sensitive and do not contain any spaces. Most coupon codes may only be used once.

What your materials?

The fabrics on our website are all natural fiber fabrics. Natural fabrics generally have good moisture absorption and breathability, and are very suitable for underwear and other intimate clothing. We offer Smooth Silk, Sustainable Lyocell, Hypoallergenic Cotton & Linen and Cooling Triacetate. Care Guide

 First of all, you must first understand the characteristics of our clothing fabrics and clean them according to different wash label. Here is the wash and care key tips:

Gentle wash at 86℉ / 30℃
Neutral detergent
Do not bleach
Iron on low heat (230℉ / 110℃)
Store properly

Payment

What payment methods do you support?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as debit cards from most countries. We also accept Paypal. 

Is it safe to purchase items on luvhome.com?

Absolutely! It is safe to shop on luvhome.com. All your personal information and credit card will be encrypted.
Before confirming the transaction, our payment department will check whether there is a fraud in each transaction to ensure your safety.

When will I be charged?

As soon as an order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically made to verify the validity of a card and any available funds. However, the order amount will not be debited at this stage; any amounts will be debited when the item(s) is shipped, and an email confirmation of this shipment will be sent to you. 

In the event that you have chosen to pay for your item(s), via PayPal, the total amount will be debited from your account when your order has been shipped.

What shipping methods are available, and how's the cost?

We only offer express shipping currently.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1-2 business days. Express shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Please check our Shipping Information to see more details.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order is sent.

You can also check it on the Order section of your account. 

How do I change my shipping address?

Sorry, the shipping address can't be changed once the order is shipped. Before the order is shipped, you can contact our official customer service by sending an email to support@luvhome.com to change your address.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

LUVHOME offers 7-Days unconditional return or exchange and 30-Days after-sales Return guarantee. Please check our Return Policy.

What conditions need to be fulfilled to return an item?

(1) Please request a return within 30 days upon reception.
(2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@luvhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does a refund take to process?

1.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. In general, refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payments in 3-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

We do not currently offer pre-paid shipping label. We will refund the return shipping charges if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Do you offer exchanges?

To exchange an item, please follow the return procedures and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
